Identity Oriented Trauma Training/Experiential Workshop

This workshop explores trauma through the lens of phenomenological enquiry and endeavour structures: A new process-based technique informed by the work of Franz Ruppert (IOPT), Bert Hellinger (Family Constellations) and Classic Gestalt expressive techniques.

Each participant will bring an intention to the workshop that they would like to explore in terms of what is blocking them from going towards their goals and desires. This intention will be worked through experientially with representatives from the group who will resonate with the parts that you wish to explore.

Date: Saturday 14th March, 2026. 10.00am-6.00pm

Cost: €130 (CPD credits available)

Venue: 7-10 Robert Scott House, Patrick’s Quay, Cork, T23YWP8

From Shame to Honour

An Experiential Personal Development Workshop

Shame resides in the core of our being and because of its hidden nature often gets overlooked within therapeutic processes. It is at the heart of most trauma, addiction and behavioural dysfunctions and requires deeper therapeutic examination in order to uncover and heal it.

For this examination this workshop will explore in depth the many facets that perpetuate shame. The work employs Gestalt techniques. Gestalt is primarily a creative, emotional process incorporating body processes, art, music, ritual and expression.

Dates: 25th & 26th April,2026

Venue: 7-10 Robert Scott House, Patrick’s Quay, Cork, T23YWP8

Cost: €300 (CPD credits available)
